Rights And Permissions
Crystal Silver's artwork, writing, catalog text, marks, public display metadata, editions, and related materials are protected by copyright and other applicable rights unless a specific page states otherwise.
Public browsing, linking, citation, indexing, previewing, or QR lookup does not grant permission to reproduce, modify, train on, distribute, publish, sell, sublicense, mint, tokenize, or otherwise reuse the work.
Authorship And Identity
Crystal Silver is the human author and artist behind the work. Entangled is the publishing, catalog, access, licensing, and context system that may carry public records, editions, licenses, and transaction-linked views of that work.
Use of Crystal Silver's name, identity, image, likeness, voice, signature, persona, artwork, writing, marks, catalog identifiers, or public metadata must follow the applicable permission, license, citation, or access terms.
Licensing And Transactions
Crystal Silver remains identified as the human author and artist of the work. Except where a specific record or agreement states otherwise, licenses, editions, access rights, and related transactions are offered and administered through Entangled Company.
Entangled Company is the exclusive commercial licensing administrator and an exclusive licensee with authority to sublicense for the work represented through the Entangled System. Where authorized by the applicable rights holder, Entangled Company may issue licenses or sublicenses and serve as merchant of record.
Purchases, licenses, subscriptions, commissions, editions, and other paid access may therefore be contracted, processed, fulfilled, administered, or recorded by Entangled Company under authority granted by the applicable rights holder.
A transaction through Entangled Company grants only the rights expressly identified in the applicable item record, license, order, or agreement. It does not transfer human authorship, underlying intellectual-property ownership, or any rights beyond the expressly stated scope.
The roles of exclusive licensee, sublicensor, licensing administrator, publisher, transaction administrator, and merchant of record do not erase Crystal Silver's human authorship or independently expand the scope of any license, sublicense, transfer, or grant.
Human Authorship And Transfer
Authorship is not transferable by implication.
Silence is not consent. Ambiguity is not transfer. Consent must be explicit.
For these sites and agreements, a material transfer or grant must identify the work, the rights involved, the recipient, the purpose, the duration, the limits, and any applicable compensation. Public visibility, technical access, passive use, or buried language is not a substitute for an affirmative agreement.
Organizations may publish, distribute, license, administer, commission, or acquire specifically defined rights. Those roles do not erase human authorship or expand a grant beyond what was actually agreed.
Ownership of a tool does not imply ownership of every work made with it. Tools may extend human capability without silently acquiring the user's authorship or output.
Permissions
Some uses may be available through royalty-free (RF), rights-managed (RM), Premium, publication, edition, or inquiry paths. Availability varies by work, format, use, territory, term, edition, and context.
If a work has an Entangled catalog page, begin with the item-level access or inquiry options on that page. If no option is visible, permission has not been granted by implication.
AI, Training, And Automated Use
No permission is granted for model training, dataset creation, scraping, bulk downloading, automated extraction, style imitation, or derivative generation unless an applicable written license expressly allows that use. No public record or technical access authorizes a third party to generate or assert machine-readable claims of authorship, ownership, permission, or rights.
A public page, preview image, catalog ID, QR route, token reference, or metadata record is not permission to train on, reproduce, or commercially exploit the work.
Marks And Public Identity
Crystal Silver, Entangled, Entangled Company, site names, collection names, edition names, marks, logos, identifying designs, and related presentation elements may carry trademark, unfair-competition, publicity, contractual, or other rights in addition to copyright.
Do not use these names or marks in a way that implies endorsement, affiliation, authorship, license, origin, certification, or permission without express approval.
Do not create or distribute a deepfake, AI replica, impersonation, synthetic endorsement, cloned voice, altered likeness, false signature, or other representation that uses Crystal Silver's identity or persona without express permission. Authorized third-party distribution must remain distinguishable from false affiliation, endorsement, or authorship.
Provenance
Provenance records, public IDs, context IDs, metadata, QR routes, and catalog references help works remain traceable. They do not, by themselves, create ownership, transfer rights, prove permission, or override written terms.
Where rights, licenses, access, or permissions are versioned, the applicable version should be reviewed before publication, reuse, purchase, or reliance.
Reprint And Archive-Derived Material
Some projects may include reprint, public-domain, archive-derived, third-party, contractual, privacy, publicity, trademark, patent, or contextual rights considerations. Those details should appear where they apply.
Public-domain source status does not automatically make Crystal Silver's edition design, annotations, metadata, selection, formatting, introductions, artwork, or catalog presentation public domain.
Contact / Inquiry
For permission questions not covered by a visible catalog option, use the inquiry path provided on the relevant site or item page when available.
These general principles may be supplemented or modified by item-specific terms, licenses, agreements, and applicable law. Questions involving particular rights, uses, or jurisdictions may require qualified legal review.
